Returns & Warranty

Returns Policy

  • 7-Day Return Window

    Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)

    Products that are defective out of the box will be replaced within 48 hours. No questions asked.

  • Opened Items

    Opened items may be returned within 3 days if defective. A restocking fee of 10% may apply for non-defective returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    Software licences, toner/ink cartridges (opened), custom-configured items, and clearance products cannot be returned.

Warranty Information

  • Manufacturer Warranty

    All products carry the original manufacturer warranty (1-3 years depending on product and brand).

  • Warranty Claims

    Contact us with your invoice number and description of the issue. We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

  • Extended Warranty

    Available for enterprise purchases. Covers up to 5 years with on-site support. Ask for pricing at checkout.

  • What Is Not Covered

    Physical damage, water damage, unauthorised modifications, and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

How to Initiate a Return

Get Return Authorisation

We will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorisation number (RAN) and instructions.

Ship or Drop Off

Send the item back in its original packaging or drop it off at our Kampala office. Refund processed within 3-5 days.

Delivery FAQ

Do you deliver outside Kampala?

Yes, we deliver to all 135+ districts of Uganda. Zone 2 (major towns) takes 2-3 days, Zone 3 (rural) takes 3-7 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched, we share a tracking reference via WhatsApp or email. For bus courier shipments, we share the waybill number.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos. Damaged items are replaced or refunded within 48 hours under our DOA policy.

Can I collect my order instead?

Yes. Self-pickup is free from our Kampala Road office. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Do you deliver to South Sudan, Kenya, or DRC?

Currently we deliver only within Uganda. For cross-border orders, please contact us for a custom arrangement.
